A market leading Construction Consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be working across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects across Birmingham and the Midlands. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out a variety of pre and post contract duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, interim payments, and valuations.
Qualifications
- Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
- MRICS or working towards
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Residential and/or Commercial experience would be beneficial
