A family feel, expanding Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their increased workload in Preston.
Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small, collaborative team, taking the lead on the commercial delivery of industrial and residential projects across the Northwest.
You will manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and supporting the wider team.
You will also undertake the role of Employer's Agent, acting as the client's representative to administer contracts, oversee project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
