A leading, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy renowned for their high-profile project portfolio and long-term career progression, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions in Newcastle.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of an international consultancy but will be working within a close-knit team of 10+ who enjoy a mixture of projects across the residential, office, hotel, and leisure sectors.
Day to day, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on projects of £15m+, taking them through from inception to completion with support of Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred
- Minimum of 6 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- QS experience within a consultancy / cost management practice
- Good pre and post contract experience - comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Have worked on projects within the built environment, upwards of £15m.
