An award winning, national Construction Consultancy is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to come in as a Partner and spearhead their Newcastle office.
The successful Partner will play a key role in shaping and driving the direction of the Quantity Surveying division in the Northeast. This will involve providing strategic leadership, adding tangible value to the business, and thriving in the autonomy and responsibility that Partnership brings.
The new Quantity Surveying Partner will work closely with clients, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, develop new business and help grow the QS team.
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying background
- MRICS or similar
- A successful track record of working within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- An established network in Newcastle / Northeast
- Client facing and strong leadership skills
- Comfortable undertaking business development tasks
