An expanding, Northern Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Sunderland.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of public sector projects and will be responsible for managing projects under supervision. You will also act as an Employer's Agent, coordinating project stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives.

Ideally MRICS or working towards
