A modern Cost Consultancy which strives for excellence, is seeking a competent M&E Quantity Surveyor, and a desire to work on a broad range of mouthwatering projects.
The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit MEP team in London, which sits alongside an award winning quantity surveying team, and is led by a personable MEP Quantity Surveying Partner who focuses on improving his Quantity Surveyor's skill set daily.
In terms of the work, the M&E Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a £300M new build office, jump on a mix of research labs, and be part of an incredible £100M Cat B fit out project.
The M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Must have MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- The M&E experience must be within a consultancy/pqs/cost management practice
- Pre and post contract experience
- Completed a RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
- Presentable, intelligent, professional
