Job Description A nation-wide multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Salisbury office.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative Cost Management team, working on complex projects, both pre and post contract, with projects valued from £5m upwards
The Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of duties such as monitoring the project finances and contractual relationships, preparing feasibility reports, cost management and interim payments.
The Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveying Degree, or RICS accredited
Working towards MRICS
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Experience working in the defence sector
Client facing
Driving licence and car
British Citizen (needed to obtain security clearance)
