A long-standing property and construction consultancy are adding an Associate Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to their London Quantity Surveying team.
The Director is seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent who is comfortable with and enjoys project delivery as you will be working on a mix of fire remediation, residential, and retrofit works. The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also manage a small QS team whilst also undertaking a client facing role.
- Associate Quantity Surveyor MRICS is preferred, but not essential
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Employers Agent experience would be ideal
- Residential, Fire Remediation, or Local Authority project exposure
- Client facing Management experience
