An expanding construction and property consultancy with a strong presence in the South, is seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a leading role within their Woking office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor\’s role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will take on a client-facing role, whilst delivering a broad range of projects on behalf of local authorities, developers, schools, healthcare and defence organisations.

As well as providing pre and post contract services, the team are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who is willing to help develop the younger quantity surveyors and also get involved in business development activities.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • Preferably MRICS or FRICS
  • Several years PQS / consultancy experience
  • A proven track record of managing clients
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Mentoring / Management experience would be ideal
  • Client facing and a willingness to get involved in winning work
