A multidisciplinary national construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Winchester office.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of different projects, including healthcare, residential and education with the focus being on healthcare. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will run projects from inception to completion, whilst also delegating pre and post contract work to junior quantity surveyors in the team.

Requirements:

  • MRICS is preferred
  • Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Enjoys working across a diverse range of projects
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • PQS / Consultancy background
  • Experience managing projects from pre to post contract

In Return:
