A Cost and Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join their busy Cost Management team.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working within a close-knit Quantity Surveying team, the new Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut & curve, and roll outs.

Alongside retail, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to office, airport, and petrol station projects - all ideal for your APC diary.

There is also the opportunity for the Quantity Surveyor to get involved in Project Management, Employers Agent, and Contract Administration.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a BSc or MSc, RICS accredited degree (ideally Quantity Surveying)
  • 2+ years quantity surveying experience
  • Ideally experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice
  • Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience would be ideal
  • Hard working, professional, well spoken
  • Looking to work outside of London
