A director at a rapidly growing construction consultancy is seeking an independent Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of Quantity Surveyors, where they will be primarily working on projects across the retail, education and affordable housing sectors. The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help complete cost management reports, develop cost estimates and budgets, and mentor less experienced Quantity Surveyors.
Requirements:
- A Quantity Surveying degree or RICS associated
- Already chartered or willing to achieve chartered status
- Can reasonably commute to Loughborough to work
- Project experience in retail, education and housing sectors is advantageous
- Pre and post contract experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Car and driver's license
