A family feel, client facing Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a team focused Senior Quantity Surveyor in Essex.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 7 Quantity Surveyors who work across an impressive range of education-based projects including academies, universities, and schools. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will undertake a client facing role, helping to deliver projects from inception to completion, as well as preparing bids and writing up project strategy for existing clients.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Ideally:
- Essex based
- Cost planning experience
- Preferably from a PQS/Consultancy background
- Education project experience would be beneficial, but not essential
- Comfortable delivering projects independently
- Driving licence and car
