A director at a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Employer's Agent to join their Romsey office.

The successful Employer's Agent will join an expanding EA and Quantity Surveying team where you will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors. The Employer's Agent will be expected to act in a client facing role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties.

  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Employer's Agent experience
  • Car and driver's license
