An ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy with a transparent culture is seeking a team-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Southampton office.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary office with a collaborative culture and a nice array of residential projects to get stuck into. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will start on residential projects and shall be responsible for contract administration and cost management duties, pre and post contract.
Qualifications
- MRICS, or completed a RICS accredited degree
- 5+ years PQS/Consultancy experience
- Employers Agent/Contract Admin knowledge would be useful
- Cost X experience
- Residential project experience
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
