A national construction consultancy with a people-focused culture, are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor for their office, beautifully placed in Exeter.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of public and private sector projects that are aimed at redeveloping key areas and buildings across the Southwest.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering your own projects, pre and post contract, as well as some contract administration.
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- MRICS, or working towards
- 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Previously worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- CAD and/or CostX experience would be a bonus
- Car and driving licence
