A modern, Kent-based Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor as part of the company's growth plans.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an award-winning Quantity Surveying team who carry out a full Quantity Surveying role from inception through to completion, focusing on the quality of the work.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work through all stages of the project lifecycle on a mixture of residential, education, commercial, and leisure schemes up to £50m.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Able to run your own projects, pre and post contract
- Excellent communication skills
- Open and willing to mentor junior Quantity Surveyors in the team
