A major opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC contract experience to join Gatwick Airport's commercial team on secondment from a well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established QS and PM team delivering a diverse range of major civil and aviation schemes; projects spanning from Major Works, Airfield upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering pre and post contract services for multiple projects that will be at various stages of their life cycle.
- Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- MRICS or working towards
- Civils project experience
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
