The London Director of Cost Management is seeking a professional Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the team and support a broad range of projects.
The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the QS team and clients to deliver a full M&E quantity surveying service across a mix of residential, healthcare, and education projects. The new Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will also have the support of the wider London QS team in delivering projects from inception through to completion. Clients will include universities, trusts, developers, and local authorities.
The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
- M&E Quantity Surveying background
- MRICS or completed a Construction related degree
- A successful track record of running projects independently
- Pre and post contract knowledge
