One of London's leading Quantity Surveying consultancies is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London office and work with a portfolio of prestigious blue-chip clients.
The Quantity Surveyor's role involves working alongside high-profile, blue-chip clients across multiple CAT A and CAT B fit out projects in the city, primarily pre-contract including Excel modelling, cost planning, and value engineering.
The Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Experience of working on CAT A and CAT B fit out projects
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- Working towards MRICS
- PQS / Consultancy experience
- Client facing skills
