A London based Quantity Surveying consultancy with a supportive and collaborative environment, is looking to add a client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will become a key client contact whilst being responsible for delivering their projects within the museum, heritage, and residential sector. Outside of project delivery, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will support the directors with business development activities, as well as providing guidance and support to junior colleagues.

Previous or current experience:

  • As a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
  • Good pre & post contract knowledge
  • Able to deliver projects independently
  • Comfortable working closely with clients
  • Happy to mentor and manage others

In Return:

  • £80,000 - £90,000
