Chartered Senior Building Surveyor A small/medium sized Building Consultancy based near Waterloo and Borough stations is seeking an MRICS Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. This hybrid role offers an excellent package. The practice provides outstanding building consultancy services and expertise for those managing and developing built assets, working with clients across a wide range of industry sectors such as education, commercial and offices, residential, recreational and arts & entertainment. The Senior Building Surveyor\’s Role The successful Senior Building Surveyor will undertake a well-rounded role, with a particular focus on independently completing full condition surveys and reports. There is an emphasis on the education sector, especially schools. Alongside the above, role also involves in a variety of responsibilities, including surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration. The role would suit a confident and outgoing individual with a flair for developing relationships and winning new business.
