The Chartered Building Surveyors role

Working as part of an experienced and growing team, you will immediately work with high calibre clients across a range of diverse sectors and projects.

The work will be varied with a blend of bank / project monitoring and building surveying instructions such as Party Wall, Dilapidations and Surveys.

You will benefit from working alongside highly experienced senior colleagues, and your workload will, where possible, be aligned to where you live, minimising any excessive travel.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

Recently MRICS qualified this is essential

Worked within a UK Chartered Surveying / Consultancy environment

Team player with strong communication skills

£55,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
