A well-established and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join their growing team in Kent.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a friendly, close-knit team of around 25 professionals, currently delivering an exciting mix of projects across the South East - including community buildings, schools, and heritage schemes.
An ideal opportunity for a locally based Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys a traditional QS/PM role, working on projects throughout their entire lifecycle, and values being part of a collaborative, modern consultancy.
Requirements:
- MRICS or working towards
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Prior Senior QS experience
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing, personable nature
- Locally based
