An innovative construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious and creative Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a variety of project sectors including student accommodation, commercial and education.

The Quantity Surveyor will be running their own projects with the help and support of the directors, they'll use their expertise to advise clients during precontract.

  • The Quantity Surveyor
  • Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
  • At least 3 years at QS level
  • Precontract experience
  • Car + driver's license
  • Able to manage and projects independently
  • Client facing experience
