An expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a professional and articulate Building Surveyor to their head office in London.
The Building Surveyor's role involves working alongside an Associate, primarily on fire remediation works to high-rise buildings, carrying out a Surveyor / CA / PM role, pre and post contract.
Qualifications:
- Completed a Building Surveying degree or similar
- 3+ years building surveying experience
- Worked within a chartered surveying / building consultancy environment
- Working towards MRICS
- High rise project experience would be ideal
- Professional, client facing
