A unique client-side opportunity has arisen with a famous Country Estate in West Sussex, which is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working with the construction and building consultancy team to maintain, develop, and refurbish various listed and historical buildings including residential, retail, commercial, leisure and more.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will carry out a diverse role with elements of PQS and Main Contractor duties such as estimating, obtaining supplier/subcontractor costs, preparing cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
- MRICS or working towards
- 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience of carrying out pre and post contract tasks
- PQS / Consultancy or Main Contractor background
- Client facing
