An ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy with an impressive client portfolio is seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their new Brighton offices.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside Project Managers and the Senior Management team, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on extremely interesting heritage projects, alongside some art and cultural schemes across the UK. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out cost estimates, valuations, feasibility studies, preparing and issuing tenders, and negotiating final accounts.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Based in Brighton
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (min' 2:1)
  • Driving licence
  • Any Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous
  • Comfortable travelling to projects across the UK
