A national Quantity Surveying Consultancy with a tight close knit Manchester team is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join and help with their influx of projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects throughout the North, building strong relationships with private sector clients from the outset. The role will involve delivering both pre and post contract quantity surveying services, taking projects from inception through to completion with the support of the wider Quantity Surveying team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Driving licence and car
