An established, international Construction Consultancy are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Manchester.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team, primarily working on public sector projects, including new-build and refurbishment schemes for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Excellent Pre / Post Contract knowledge
