A Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy with a growing Manchester office is seeking a competent and professional Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role involves supporting and working alongside an Associate. The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working on an ever-growing healthcare programme in Manchester, which has rapidly expanded from 10 to 140 hospital and healthcare-related projects, with values ranging from £200K to £8M. Due to this significant growth, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on various projects at a variety of stages, providing good pre and post contract exposure.
Requirements:
- 18+ months Quantity Surveying experience
- Completed a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Manchester based
- Basic pre and post contract experience
In Return:
£30,000 - £40,000, 24 days annual leave +
