An industry leading Construction Consultancy is seeking a hard-working Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help the Senior QS carry out a variety of duties, such as:
- Helping to complete cost management reports
- Helping with monthly financial reporting
- Preparing feasibility reports
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be mainly working on Logistics projects, though they will have the option of choosing which project they want to work on, so that they can work from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
- Working towards chartership
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- At least 2 years' experience of working within a PQS consultancy
- Driving license + car
