An expanding construction consultancy is looking to add an Associate Quantity Surveyor who enjoys supporting on projects whilst managing clients /teams.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors role

Joining their head office in Milton Keynes, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading both existing and new client accounts across the retail, leisure, and hotel sectors.

Alongside the above, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor shall manage and oversee a team of 4/5 Surveyors, providing APC support and guidance, and stepping in to deliver work where required.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS would be ideal
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Prior experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
  • Retail project experience would be a plus
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Client facing
  • Good management skills
