A first-class Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to secure an intelligent, Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is eager to achieve MRICS, for their Winchester office.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyors role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support a Partner in carrying out pre and post contract tasks across a broad range of projects across the residential, commercial, education, leisure, and sports sectors.
As well as carrying out a supportive role, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also be given small projects where theyll be carrying out the day-to-day QS work.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Ideally have 6+ months Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience within a construction consultancy / PQS practice
- Basic pre and post contract knowledge
- Proactive, hard-working, ambitious
- Eager to achieve MRICS
