A large property consultancy with a close-knit Quantity Surveying team is seeking a bright, APC focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their London office.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role involves working under the tutelage of a QS director and Associate. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support on pre and post contract roles for an impressive mix of projects, whilst also getting first-hand APC support. Because it is a small team, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will get more exposure than most whilst working on super prime residential, retail, schools, developments and more.
Requirements:
- Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Completed a RICS accredited degree
- 12 months post graduate Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Desire for support with the APC
- Enjoys working across a mix of projects
- Professional, well spoken, hard-working
