A multi-functional, expanding construction consultancy is seeking a bright, personable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will primarily provide a supporting role on several impressive high-end residential projects for private clients, including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments.
Responsibilities and Development
Day to day, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be providing pre and post contract services, whilst being guided and nurtured into a position where you feel comfortable running your own jobs.
Qualifications
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or similar
- 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Basic construction knowledge
- Committed to becoming MRICS
- Driving licence and car
