A well-established, national Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Surrey based Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding QS team which has secured multiple, multi-million pound projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will report into an Associate and Partner, and support them with the delivery of an array of projects including residential, industrial, hotel, and student accommodation projects. Alongside this supporting role, the new Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on some fast-paced healthcare refurbishment projects - taking them from inception to completion.
Requirements:
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Pre and post contract experience
- Surrey based - driving licence and car
