A Buckinghamshire-based Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor after securing a variety of new projects.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit Quantity Surveying team, assisting on a diverse range of projects including hotels, student accommodation, and cladding remediation schemes. This is an ideal opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 12+ months QS experience to gain valuable pre and post contract experience, increased site exposure and structured APC support.

Qualifications

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
  • Located in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire area
  • 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Driving licence and car
  • Aiming to achieve MRICS
  • Hard‑working, proactive, polite
