An international, Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to grow their Liverpool team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, following a large increase in project opportunities in the Northwest.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved from an early stage.
Leading high-end developments from inception through to completion.
Also providing an Employers Agent role.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong private client relationships that support the company's long‑term growth and profitability.

- Ideally MRIC's
- Strong PQS Construction Consultancy experience
- Good Pre and Post contract knowledge
- Commutable to Liverpool
- Ideally previous residential experience
- Employers agent experience
