An entrepreneurial, ambitious Project Management consultancy in London is seeking a reliable and professional Senior Project Manager (potentially at Associate level) to support their Project Director.
The successful Senior Project Manager will join a close-knit Project Management team currently working on a variety of high-quality hotel, high-end residential, and commercial projects, predominantly across London. The Directors are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is comfortable delivering projects throughout their full lifecycle, both pre- and post-contract. You will also be confident in dealing with clients and leading meetings.
The Senior Project Manager should have:
- Worked within a UK Construction Consultancy practice
- Ideally have experience of working on projects across London / Southeast
- Hotel, High End Residential, or Commercial project experience
- MRICS is a plus but not essential
- Client facing / strong communication skills
- A successful track record of leading projects - pre and post contract
- MRICS or completed a Construction related degree
In return, the position offers:
- £65,000 - £70,000
