An expanding, Northern Quantity Surveying Consultancy are looking to hire a motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor to expand their Quantity Surveying team in Manchester.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking responsibility for projects while supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will take a leading role in managing project budgets, costs, and forecasts, while working closely with clients to provide accurate financial reporting and cost advice.

Requirements:

  • Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience within a UK PQS
  • Ideally experience within the commercial / Industrial sector
  • Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledge
  • Chartered
