Foster Lawson provides remarkable training and support. Their dedicated trainer is available 7 days a week in and out of working hours.
Your 6-week indication will allow for an enjoyable mix of group training workshops, 121 development sessions and most importantly – on the job experience!

We are looking for self-starters with a genuine thirst for financial progression. Management opportunities will be rapidly available for those who can demonstrate commitment.
The role involves:

Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.

Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.

Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.

Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.
