You’re already a Software Development Manager with 3+ years of experience under your belt, but you’re ready for more scope, more impact, and a team you can truly shape. We’re looking for a motivated technical leader to manage and scale a growing team of engineers behind a leading Aviation Navigation System. You’ll step into a role with both day-to-day team ownership and input into broader technical strategy.
