An expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of two on project delivery across residential, local authority, retrofit, and fire remediation projects.
- Serve as a client-facing professional, working closely with key clients to secure new and repeat work.
- Collaborate with the Director of Quantity Surveying and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice and cost management throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
- Experience as an Employers Agent is ideal; exposure to residential, fire remediation, or local authority projects preferred.
- Management experience and strong client-facing skills required.
- MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
