An expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of two on project delivery across residential, local authority, retrofit, and fire remediation projects.
  • Serve as a client-facing professional, working closely with key clients to secure new and repeat work.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Quantity Surveying and other stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice and cost management throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
  • Experience as an Employers Agent is ideal; exposure to residential, fire remediation, or local authority projects preferred.
  • Management experience and strong client-facing skills required.
  • MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
