An essential member of our Digital Platform services team, this role supports the implementation and onboarding journey of clients who have purchased digital platform solutions, primarily AspireHub and AspiretoRetire. The role holder will manage multiple implementation projects and administer first line support for client and member queries.

Key aspects of this role are time management, relationship building and the delivery of an exceptional client experience. In addition to supporting the wider digital team on the ongoing design and development of the digital platforms, the role holder will project manage multiple AspireHub client platform implementations, from build through to launch. Furthermore, the role holder will be expected to support the build and delivery of our digital retirement solution, AspiretoRetire.

The role holder will need to be methodical and have a high attention to detail to ensure content and information is accurate for all clients. The role holder will be required to work closely with colleagues to provide regular project implementation progress updates, particularly to Principal Partners, Consulting Partners and Client Relationships Managers where they own the overall relationship with a client.

As first line support, the job holder will be required to have a thorough understanding of the digital propositions and be prepared to answer and resolve client and member queries.

  • 1st line support for client and member queries, managing the successful resolution of queries or issues with the platform and our digital solutions.
  • Project manage the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, from data gathering and content creation to build and launch.
  • Manage the import and data handling of client information in support of AspiretoRetire campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain client data and any required changes across digital systems.
  • Inline with service level agreements, review and liaise with clients to reconfirm employee data and platform data.
  • Support with content and provider information updates, ensuring compliance procedures are followed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the digital proposition, sharing process or change development improvements with the team.
  • Test new developments/functionality.
  • Manage own workflow in a timely manner and to agreed timescales.
  • Support business development opportunities in line with growth and revenue targets of the business.
