Purpose of the job: To help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Private Wealth Proposition by delivering a first class support service to Private Wealth Partners and their clients. This allows our Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients.
Job summary: To have a thorough understanding of the advice process, client file requirements and the regulatory requirements imposed by the FCA and deliver against these agreed service standards. To follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients and our Partners perceive to be a personalized and high-quality service.
- Prepare personalized client packs for Partners prior to client meetings, in accordance with agreed format and SLAs.
- Complete post review meeting work and evidence of review.
- Contact providers to obtain valuations and up to date plan information.
- Input all information into our back-office system (Intelligent Office) to the required data quality standard.
- Enter client details onto application forms for the Client Experience Executive to process.
- Provide regular updates to Client Experience Executives to enable them to keep clients and Partners updated.
- Provide general day-to-day admin support to allocated Client Experience Executives as relevant.
- Process submissions using our submissions checklist.
- Provide cover for our reception team as and when required.
- Provide support with incoming and outgoing post as required.
