Purpose of the job: To help deliver Secondsights Proposition by providing a high-quality administration and support service to our Employee Benefits Advisers and Partners. This allows our Partners to focus on client relationships and developing relationships with new clients. You will work closely with our Client Experience Executives and report directly to the Client Relationship Manager. A key part of the role is to produce meeting packs for our Employee Benefits Advisers to take to client meetings, as well as maintaining accurate data on Intelligent Office, our back-office system. Job summary: Prepare personalised client packs for Employee Benefits advisers to use during client meetings. Prepare presentations using our template deck. Produce salary sacrifice letters as required. Obtain information from providers on clients\’ existing pension arrangements. Input all client information into the back-office system and ensure all tasks are recorded and acted upon within the agreed timescales. Ensure that the client file is compliant. Submit client files to our Quality Assurance Team for checking and processing. Upload the necessary documentation into the back-office system and scan other documents as required. Raise and send regular invoices to our corporate clients. Deal with client and provider correspondence. To undertake any other duties commensurate with your grade, skills, and experience. To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
