Purpose of the job
To provide a high-quality administration and support service to the Health and Protection Corporate Risk Team.
Job summary
Reporting directly to the SME Risk Support Team Leader, the role holder will be responsible for supporting more senior members of the support team with helping advisers with existing and new business.

- Provide administrative support to assist the management of Risk client portfolios for a range of corporate clients.
- Support with queries from clients and advisers.
- Support the renewals and market reviews of schemes.
- Support the provider invoicing process, including checking invoices, chasing unpaid income and liaising with the Turnover and Finance teams.
- Support processing membership changes within schemes.
- Maintain accurate client records and data in line with Secondsight systems and protocols.
