Purpose of the job: To help deliver the business’s marketing objectives by providing high-quality administrative and marketing support across all brands and departments. This role exists to assist the marketing team and wider business in executing marketing plans, supporting lead generation, communications, events, and CRM management. The role holder will be responsible for producing marketing materials, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating communications, organising events, and providing general support across teams. To achieve effective delivery of marketing initiatives, accurate data management, strong internal and external communications, and operational support, while meeting regulatory standards.
Job summary: As a member of our busy marketing team, you will play an integral part in supporting our various departments to deliver the objectives of our business. In this varied role you will be providing a high level of marketing administrative support to the whole team, helping to drive forward our marketing plans across all of the brands within our business. You will be responsible for supporting the development of marketing materials such as brochure production and information literature. You will also be required to support internal and external newsletter creation and sending. You will support the Business Development Lead with lead generation administration, including updating information in our CRM system Hubspot. You will support the team with website updates and general lead generation activity across all of our brands. You will assist in managing the marketing function of iO and maintaining and keeping up to date our CRM system. You will also play a key role in supporting our event planning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with delivery of our ongoing digital marketing activities including the posting of our blogs, website updates and updating and producing videos and animation;
- Administer our CRM database for lead generation across our employee benefits brand;
- Provide admin support to the Business Development Lead;
- Administer the delivery of client facing material in line with Partner requests via our internal client database;
- Support in the development and design of literature and brochureware;
- Support with internal communications content including researching and collating news for our monthly newsletter;
- Administering and updating our intranet;
- Organising events;
- Building relationships and liaising with third parties as required for printing, event venues, design work, to name a few;
- General marketing assistance as required and ad-hoc support.
