Purpose of the Job: To support Foster Denovo’s Platform Proposition by providing a high-quality administration and support service to the Partners, and central services teams to ensure that they receive a consistently good service. Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Platform Operations Team Leader the candidate will be responsible for managing the Clearview Operations central inbox to ensure all requests and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively and within service standards. They will liaise with colleagues, central departments including Paraplanners, Client Experience Executives as well as our Platform Provider, TPS, and product providers to obtain the relevant information to be able to implement requests and resolve queries. He/she will also be responsible for setting up and managing access to third party systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and complete data is entered on to the platform within agreed timescales to ensure investment instructions are actioned.
