Purpose of the job: You will support the Digital Marketing Manager and the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver effective digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads and increase engagement. To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and tools. You need to have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as you will be monitoring key metrics and providing insights for optimisation. A creative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for creating compelling content and coordinating campaigns effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media (organic and paid), digital advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) and content marketing.
- Manage and optimise website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic (SEO).
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaigns effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate digital marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and industry developments.
- Utilise our CRM system to its best ability to streamline campaign workflows, create marketing automation and improve efficiency.
- Track and report on digital marketing metrics, providing regular performance updates to stakeholders.
